Personal Experience....
F.Y.I. to all parents who have children who play baseball or softball...Please get them mouth guards! Our son, who was 8 yrs-old at the time, was hit in the mouth while playing Little League. His front adult tooth was completely knocked out! We got him to a surgeon that night. The surgeon wired his tooth back in. After 6wks the wires were taken out and it now looks like his tooth was saved. Trust me...you don't want your child to go through this.

Potty training tip...
Get a potty chair with a white bowl in it. Always have a little water in the bowl(easier to clean after)...then put 1 or 2 drops of either Red or Blue food coloring in the water...then when your little one adds their "Magic Yellow" to it, it magically changes color! They will love it and want to try again!

Afraid of the dark tip...
You'll need to prepare a "Magic Monster Kit" which includes a small box or basket, a little flashlight, a small water bottle with a pump spray, and stickers or small prizes. When you have everything together explain to your little one that they now have their own "Magic Monster kit". Place it by their bed. Then, when they hear the sounds that go bump in the night they can take out their flashlight and shine it on their monster and spray it with the Magic Monster spray and all will be well...make sure to tell them that the Magic Monster spray only works at night after they've gone to sleep...so it can protect them...If you want, give them a prize for their success. We did this with one of our kiddos and after the second night we didn't need the kit anymore! In fact, he was upset that the monster had not come to his room!
